At PerlCampaign (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Because we offer digital courses and consultation services, our refund eligibility varies based on the product purchased.
1. Refundable Products
Some products offered by PerlCampaign come with a refund guarantee. If a product is refundable, the refund window and terms will be clearly mentioned on the product sales page at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be marked as “Refundable”
- The refund request must be made within the specified refund period
- Customer must provide the registered email and payment proof
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days (or as per your bank/payment gateway) for the amount to reflect.
2. Non-Refundable Products
Some products are strictly non-refundable. These include:
- Digital courses marked as non-refundable
- Consultation sessions (used or unused)
- Downloads such as PDFs, templates, or training materials
- Special discounted offers & flash sales
- Products purchased via “No Refund” or “All Sales Final” offers
No refunds will be issued for non-refundable products under any circumstance.
3. Consultation Services
Due to the time-based and personalized nature of consultation services:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
- Missed or no-show sessions are considered completed
- Rescheduling is allowed only once with minimum 24-hour prior notice
4. Digital Products & Course Access
Once access is granted to a digital course, no refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to access due to internet issues
- Technical problems arising from the customer’s device
- Lack of usage or failure to complete the course
- Change of mind
5. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification. Please email us with payment screenshots.
6. Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds may exclude payment gateway charges or processing fees depending on the gateway’s policy.
7. How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must include:
- Full name
- Registered email ID
- Payment transaction ID
- Product name
- Reason for refund request
8. Processing Time
After receiving your refund request, we will review it within 48–72 hours. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Actual completion time depends on Instamojo, your bank, or card issuer.
9. No Chargebacks Policy
Since our refund terms are clearly stated, initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Loss of access to all courses
- Legal action if required
