1. Digital Products
   Digital products such as ebooks, recorded courses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable after access or download.
2. Training Programs
   Refunds for online training programs are subject to the specific offer terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
3. Services
   For business support services and done-for-you services, refunds will only be considered if the agreed service has not been initiated.

   Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
